I feel we got a fair deal and delivery was lightning fast, although the task of getting it up a flight of stairs was pretty big for the two guys they sent. Only reason I didn't go 5 Stars was because I had some trouble with the chair and waiting to settle with the store. UPDATE: They had shipping problems but I received ample apologies for the delay. The chair was replaced/delivered and I am still satisfied with the transaction.
