  Went to Simply Elegant with my daughter to find a wedding gown. Worst experience. I couldn't place my finger on it, but had a very uneasy feeling about the person assisting us. However, my daughter found the gown she loved. She was so happy. But the secrecy and lack of information that seemed to be present when we asked for questions, was bothersome. So I did some research. The gown had been discontinued, and could not be gotten. They never made mention of that, they told us we would have to order by February/March to make sure we get it on time. After going to other very reputable bridal shops, we found out that they tell you when something is discontinued, and would have to the store gown, and at a reduced price. Needless to say, my daughter was heartbroken to have been lied to. In addition to all of the this, the other places included alternations, Simply Elegant does not. I would stay far away from Simply Elegant. Apparently, they do better with proms and not brides. Bridal Loft, here we come...

  After searching far and wide for my unique wedding gown, Simply Elegant jumped to the challenge. Finding bridal separates, especially when you want something specific, can be a struggle. I shopped from Atlanta, Birmingham, and Pensacola, and who knew that the perfect bridal shop would be just an hour down the street. I first called the shop to speak to one of the ladies and she immediately started sending me photos. I made an appointment and the first skirt that they brought out was the one. I could not believe that the one that they found was almost exactly what I was looking for! Thank you Simply Elegant!
